Immortelle blossom;
a final place of peace
requires nothing.
Pink Dogwood opens
despite cold snap dragon jaws;
each bloom is a win.
These two were such lovely snapshots! Beautifully written, K! ❤

Thank you, Tom. I hadn’t realized how many of this month’s haiku had been bloom inspired. 🌸

I’ve read these poems twice now; fairy tale boy appeals to me most perhaps because of the wondrous tales that can spin from it

Yes, my son’s springtime adventures inspired that one. He always brings me new treasures ( usually river rocks). His joy is contagious.

🙂 that’s the beauty of joy: it is contagious : childhood is wonderfully inspirational for poets; I wrote most of my published poems for children when my grandkids lived with us 🙂

I like them all, but my favourite three are the fairytale boy, Pink dogwood and the reclaimed dust one. ❤🙂❤
