Happy Monday! Okay, it’s at least a bit happier because of all the new music. Hope you have a chance to listen to this week’s fun bongo track.

Does your spirit crave the new? I know mine does. So every Monday, I will feature a new song that wasn’t even in existence the week before. Yes, it’s true. Great new music is still being made every week. I will mix up the genres and artists to keep the surprises coming.
Arkansas-born singer songwriter Abigail Elizabeth Smith aka Yebba took her artist name to honor her mom by choosing her favorite nickname for her (Abbey) then spelling it backwards.
“Boomerang” is a song about unhealthy relationships, revenge and karma. It is based on a true story of one of Yebba’s close friends who endured an abusive relationship. Even though Yebba has never been married or had children she tells reports the song, ‘..ends up being a picture of running with your rage, and just trusting that karma will come back around and take care of things for you.”
